DECISION OF THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE No 192/2019
of 10 July 2019
amending Annex XIII (Transport) to the EEA Agreement [2022/2214]
THE EEA JOINT COMMITTEE,
Having regard to the Agreement on the European Economic Area (“the EEA Agreement”), and in particular Article 98 thereof,
Whereas:

Commission Implementing Decision C(2019) 132 of 23 January 2019 amending Commission Decision C(2015) 8005 as regards clarification, harmonisation and simplification, as well as strengthening of certain specific aviation security measures is to be incorporated into the EEA Agreement. |

(2) |
Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement should therefore be amended accordingly, |
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
Article 1
The following indent is added in point 66hf (Commission Implementing Decision C(2015) 8005) of Annex XIII to the EEA Agreement:

Article 2
This Decision shall enter into force on 11 July 2019, provided that all the notifications under Article 103(1) of the EEA Agreement have been made (*).
Article 3
This Decision shall be published in the EEA Section of, and in the EEA Supplement to, the Official Journal of the European Union.
