amending Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of

with regard to organic production, labelling and control
THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,

No 834/2007 and (EC) No 889/2008 which apply to
the use of the logo itself. In order to make clear the
independence of those rules, the link between those
rules and any registration should be removed.
